What to include on a cleaning services invoice
Along with the basics (your details, the client's details, an invoice number, dates and totals), make sure you cover:
- Visit dates
- List the dates covered, especially for recurring clients billed monthly.
- Type of clean
- Standard, deep, or move-out, since they're priced differently.
- Extras and supplies
- Oven, fridge, windows or supplies as separate lines.
- Service address
- If it's different from the billing address, add it to the notes.

- For recurring clients, invoice monthly with one line per visit type and the number of visits as the quantity.
- Price extras as fixed add-ons so quotes and invoices always match.
